Parsley Performance Solutions identifies the “ideal” producer for the Beyond Insurance Global Network 

TAMPA, FL, (Sept. 4, 2013). Beyond Insurance Global Network™ agency principals and sales managers now have a proprietary new tool to assist in hiring the “ideal” producer:  the Beyond Insurance Success Model.  Developed by Parsley Performance Solutions (PPS), this study utilized Profiles International’s Profile Sales Assessment™ program, which analyzes proven top performers and compares the results to normative data from studies of the U.S.workforce population.

Parsley Performance Solutions presented the findings of the Beyond Insurance Success Model study in March 2013 at the Beyond Insurance Global Network conference in Orlando.  Twenty top producers from the Network completed the Profiles Sales Assessment in February. The Beyond Insurance Success Model was developed based upon the analysis of shared characteristics of these twenty top performers.  Complete results and a Success Model profile are now available to member agencies in the Network to improve their selection, hiring, coaching, and retention of business development specialists.
